So, what exactly is meal planning? We each have our own idea of meal planning, as I'm sure you do for your family as well.
To me, meal planning is defined as sitting down and writing out (in pen!) the meals for the week labeled under each day.
For example: Monday: Tacos Tuesday: Beef Roast Wednesday:Pizza and so on.
We meal plan to:
2. Cut down on last minute grocery trips
3. Stop the "What's for Dinner!?" question
4. Take the headache away from the 4 or 5 o'clock anxiety attack because there is nothing in the house for dinner!
5. Cook healthier meals
6. Love our familes!
