Potatoes, Beans, and Ham


Get out your crock pot!

What you will need:
Potatoes, cleaned and cut up
Fresh green beans, cleaned and snapped
Salt and Pepper
Ham


Add the above to a crock pot and let simmer for a couple of hours. You end up with a hearty, healthy and very easy meal!


(FLOP: I tried to use the remainder of the Kilbasa sausage from a previous meal. It did not give the same flavor as ham does to this meal. It also got really soggy. My son liked them and called the pieces "hot dogs". It did work for a frugal meal but would have tasted better with ham.)
