The Frugal Table Meal Plan and Grocery List

Monday- Sweet Pea Fried Rice

Tuesday- Chili Mac w/ Garlic Bread

Wednesday- Frozen Pizza night or Bubble Pizza

Thursday- Fresh seasoned fish w/ steamed broccoli and wild rice

Friday- Grilled burgers with mozzarella and pesto with homemade garlic fries and corn

Saturday- Oven ham and cheese Fritatta w/ fresh fruit salad

Sunday- Chipped Beef Gravy over biscuits



Okay- here is the list of Ingredients:

Sweat Pea Fried Rice (Serves 6)
8 scallions
1 clove chopped garlic
6 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 10 oz. package frozen sweet peas, thawed
4 large eggs, beaten



Tuesday- Chili Mac w/ Garlic Bread (Serves 6)
2 cans beanless chili or hot dog sauce. (I use Hormel Beanless Chili)
Ketchup
Worchestershire sauce
Spaghetti noodles
Optional toppings: Chili w/ beans (instead of beanless chili), kidney beans, diced onions, shredded cheese, parmesean cheese

Garlic Bread (or make your own w/ bread, butter and garlic salt)


Wednesday- Bubble Pizza (Serves 6)
2 cans buttermilk biscuit dough (comes in a pack of 4 cans for really cheap)
1 jar pizza sauce
mozzerella or cheddar cheese (about 2 cups of your choice of cheese)
pizza toppings- whatever you choose!


Thursday- Fresh Mahi-Mahi with Steamed Broccoli and Wild Rice
1 piece of Mahi for each person eating
Basil Citrus Rub (or your choice of seasonings, Lemon and Pepper are great too!)
1 Fresh Broccoli Floret
Wild Rice (I'm using my free rice a roni I got by using a rice a roni coupon from coupons.com- click on our link on the sidebar to see what coupons are printing today!)

Friday- Grilled Burgers w/ pesto and mozarella w/ homeade garlic fries and corn (Serves 4)
1 lb hamburger
1 jar of pesto (it's green and a little pricey- but you only need a little for each recipe. It's also great on pasta and in potatoes!)
4 slices of mozarella
1 package of hamburger buns
3 brown potatoes
garlic powder
Corn

Saturday- Oven ham and cheese and fritatta w/ fresh fruit salad(Serves 6)
2 cups cooked cubed ham
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
Milk
Garlic Pepper

Fruit Salad- banannas, grapes, mandarin oranges- whatever you have on hand!

Sunday- Chipped Beef Gravy over biscuits
8 oz chipped beef (or more)
Flour
Nutmeg (some people prefer to omit this)
pepper
cayenne red pepper
Butter
Milk
1 can grands biscuits (I got these for about 30 cents at Kroger using the coupon on coupons.com Check our link on the leftsidbar to view the coupons available for your area!) OR if you made bubble pizza this week, use the other 2 cans of buttermilk biscuits from your 4 pack.
