The Frugal Table Meal Plan & Grocery List

I am so excited for this meal plan! I have a few unique things on the list and truly hope your family will enjoy one, or several of the meals. Remember, meal planning is meant to help you enjoy dinner time! Pick recipes that suit your family's schedule this week!

To keep your meal frugal:
1. use what you already have OR
2. use what you can get on sale.

As you check out my meal plan this week, see which recipes fit your budget. To learn more about budgeting for your meals, check back later this week for a special post. If you don't see things this week that fit your budget (or your taste buds!), click the "Frugal Table" link on the sidebar to get more meal planning recipes.

Happy Meal Planning!
