The Frugal Table Meal Plan and Grocery List

There are some great things on the Menu this week at the Frugal Table! Remember that within each recipe there are ways for you to cut extra costs for your family; use only 1/2 of the meat requested per recipe, leave out all the "Extra" toppings etc., go with frozen/canned fruit and veggies instead of fresh, look for salad mix's on manager special and don't forget to use COUPONS and match them with your sale flier.

Frugal Table Meal Plan
