Don't you hate it when you are just about to start a recipe and then you realize you are all out of one ingredient? Often times it is a staple, like sugar, or butter, that you would always have in your house. Next time you are out of butter, pull out 1 Tbs. shortening and 1/4 tsp. salt for every cup of butter you need, and you're all set!!
