I wish I did more of this! When I do, it's just so great to pop something in the oven with no prep work. I have one lasagna in the freezer right now. My husband will be very glad of it when I go out of town next week.

I love your blog! Thank you for offering such sensible solutions for busy moms!

As a stay-at-home mom with three kids and one on the way, I would use the freezer meals to feed my family as I recover from my c-section.

Thanks so much for the yummy recipes!

Freezer meals will simplify my life quite a bit. If I need a spare of the moment meal or do not have all the ingredients to make a recipe I can just grab and cook instead of loading up my son to go to the grocery store. It will save time preparing so I can spend more one on one time with my family.

I try to do this with some staple meals, but would love to add to my list of good recipes to freeze. Also, most of mine are not as good the second time (after being frozen). I don't think I'm using the right ones at all. I'd love some help, especially as my kids get older and there is less and less time at home to prepare a meal.

I am a stay at home mom of three and would love to start using freezer meals. I have heard of people who do and it seems like it would make life so much easier, but I wouldn't even know where to begin.
BTW, I love your blog. Thanks ladies!

As a stay-at-home mom of 4 kids 5 and under, it is a life-saver for me to have meals in the freezer. I usually double a few meals here and there to have in the freezer. That way when crazy days happen, I have a healthy meal ready and don't have to do a fast-food run.

I've just gotten started on making freezer meals. I have a freezer full of food but no meals, so I'm hoping that meals will allow me to have more room in my freezer and a better chance of getting to eat the items in it.

Freezer cooking is awesome! I try and cook double batches of whatever I am making so I can put one in the freezer. Makes my week so much easier if I'm short on time and can just pull something out and reheat it.
